If a job fails before a video or image is delivered, the credits for that job are returned to your balance. If the balance did not update, send the title or time of the job and we will check it.
Billing
Subscriptions are charged by Stripe. You can cancel the next renewal from the billing portal on your account. For a charge you do not recognize, forward the Stripe receipt.
Referrals
Your link, referral count, and recorded commission are on the Referrals page after you sign in. Commission is tracked in the product and paid out separately. Email us if a signup that used your link is missing.
